Production Support Engineer
We are strengthening our Production Support Engineer team, responsible for the exploitation, automation, industrialization, and continuous evolution of critical applications in production environments. We are looking for a highly technical professional with strong autonomy and experience in complex,
- criticality environments.
? Key Responsibilities
- Follow-up and coordinate changes and technical operations (including electrical shutdowns, server relocations, etc. ).
- Draft, update, and maintain operational procedures and technical instructions.
- Document application components and operations: software architecture, technical architecture, procedures, supervision requirements, etc.
- Build, package, and deploy new versions of applications.
- Manage and optimize job scheduling and batch orchestration.
- Execute the commissioning of new application versions in collaboration with development, maintenance teams, and technical teams (Systems, Databases, Middleware, Networks).
- Contribute to incident resolution in production environments.
? Required & Preferred Technical Skills
Required
- Strong experience in Windows environments
- Strong experience in Unix environments
- Scripting expertise: Shell (KSH) and Power
Shell - Knowledge of Oracle databases
- Experience with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Jira, Confluence
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Experience with BMC Control-M or other industrial schedulers
- Knowledge of Micro Focus CSA (HCM)
- Familiarity with Python
