THE ROLE

We are looking for a #Tech
Talent to work as a Production Support (FDC) for an international project.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

• Ensure the proper functioning, maintainability, and scalability of applications
• Provide technical support and address incidents in compliance with SLAs
• Coordinate technical implementations and maintenance requests
• Test platforms and update operational documents and knowledge bases
• Define and execute
  - regression and technical test cases
• Evaluate business requests and propose technical solutions
• Lead solution implementation and update technical documentation
• Promote continuous improvement, efficiency, and knowledge sharing
• Report activities and ensure compliance with engineering rules and security standards

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proficiency in managing network environments on Windows and Linux platforms
• Experience in administering Windows/Linux servers
• Skills in configuring and managing virtual machines using VMware
• Advanced expertise in cloud platforms such as Azure and IBM Cloud
• Knowledge of Excel and VBA for data analysis and automation
• Basic understanding of. NET development
• Intermediate knowledge of Java development
• Experience with ETL processes and tools like Informatica
• Practical SQL and TSQL skills
• Experience working with Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of ITIL principles
• Experience with Service
  Now and Jira
• Knowledge of Citrix solutions
• Optional basic Python scripting knowledge
• Fluency in English and French
