THE ROLE

We are looking for a #Tech
Talent to work as a Production Support (FDC) for an international project.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Ensure the proper functioning, maintainability, and scalability of applications.
• Provide technical support and address incidents in accordance with SLAs.
• Coordinate technical implementations and maintenance requests.
• Test platforms and update operational documents and knowledge bases.
• Define and execute
  - regression and technical test cases.
• Evaluate business requests and propose technical solutions.
• Lead solution implementation and update technical documentation.
• Promote continuous improvement, efficiency, and knowledge sharing.
• Report activities and ensure compliance with engineering rules and security standards.

What We're Looking For

• Proficiency in managing network environments on Windows and Linux platforms.
• Experience in administering Windows/Linux servers.
• Skills in configuring and managing virtual machines with Vm
  Ware.
• Advanced knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure and IBM Cloud.
• Practical skills in Excel and VBA for data analysis and automation.
• Basic understanding of. Net development (entry-level is acceptable).
• Intermediate knowledge of Java development.
• Experience with ETL processes and tools like Informatica.
• Knowledge of SQL and TSQL.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of ITIL principles and Service Now.
• Familiarity with Jira and Citrix.
• Optional basic understanding of Python.
• Fluency in English and French.
