? The Role

We are looking for a #Tech
Talent to perform duties as a Production Support for a national project in the banking sector.

? What You'll Do

• Monitor RPA processes execution and performance
• Monitor and optimize process scheduling
• Perform RPA Level 1 support for issues and requests raised by Process Owners
• Develop relationships with clients and RPA implementation team based on effective communication and promotion of established support procedures

? What We're Looking For

• More than 3 years of experience in production support
• Diverse technical knowledge (Automation will be a plus)
• Knowledge of banking industry will be a plus
• Good level in English is required (speaking, reading and writing)
• Ability to speak French is a strong plus
