We are looking for an Amazing: Production Support

Seniority: Mid (3-5 years)

Type of position: Hybrid model in Lisbon. Candidates need to already reside in Portugal.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in IT or a related field
• Over 5 years of experience in application support
• Experience with Unix, Linux, and SQL queries
• Scripting experience
• Knowledge of log management tools (Splunk, ELK, etc. )
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools like Dynatrace
• Knowledge of ITIL methodology
• Proficiency in English
• Availability to work in a hybrid model in Lisbon

Candidates outside Portugal will not be considered.
