THE ROLE

We are looking for a #Tech
Talent to work as a Production Support for an international project.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Support the business with their IT needs and understand their workflows and scenarios.
• Maintain proper coverage during designated shifts.
• Voluntarily pick up work and tasks received via email, tickets, or in person.
• Provide updates on issues, tasks, or projects to business, team members, and other partnering teams.
• Document issues and incidents, and train team members.
• Shadow other team members and seek learning opportunities to improve platform coverage.
• Share knowledge within the team and document issues for better
  - up.
• Improve daily tasks by writing scripts and automating
  - oriented tasks.
• Understand underlying issues, associated patches, releases, and systemic problems.
• Be available to work during holidays and weekends as needed, on a rotational basis.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong knowledge in scripting languages, networks, Windows, and Linux environments.
• Knowledge of Oracle Web
  Logic is a plus.
• Mandatory Oracle SQL knowledge.
• Understanding of ITIL is a plus.
• Experience with Ansible.
• Fluency in English.
