We are currently recruiting for an experienced Production Transfer Specialist to join our team in Caixaria - Torres Vedras.

Profile:

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing (on-site), with at least 2 years in technology transfer (TT), process
  - up, or production supervision .

Key Skills:

• Proven track record in managing
  - functional TT projects (internal/external).
• Deep knowledge of GMP, process validation , and regulatory requirements (EMA/FDA).
• Experience in evaluating CMOs (Contract Manufacturing Organizations) and monitoring compliance .
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Leadership ability to drive teams in a
  - paced environment.
• Languages:
  
  Fluent English (mandatory);
  
  French or other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end technology transfer projects (from development to commercial scale).
• Coordinate internal/external TT activities , ensuring alignment with timelines and quality standards.
• Develop and monitor TT plans , including risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
• Conduct technical evaluations of products for transfer/in-licensing opportunities.
• Assess and select CMOs , ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical support to CMOs and internal teams (e. G. , troubleshooting, process optimization).
• Ensure adherence to GMP, ICH guidelines , and company SOPs throughout TT processes.
