Your mission, roles and responsibilities

• Contribute to identifying productivity ideas by analyzing existing data in various locations (e. g. , cost breakdowns).
• Monitor productivity performance within the team, support application
  - up, and assist with updates.
• Support data collection from other company actors, such as Program Managers and PC&L, to fuel productivity activities.
• Follow up on productivity actions in the plant, such as yield improvement, packaging, and other initiatives, until their implementation.
• Assist productivity buyers in system data collection for better
  - making.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

• Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Business.
• Knowledge of productivity/lean management methodology.
• Knowledge of production, quality, and logistics.
• Ability to work in a matrix organization.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
