Responsibilities

• Supplier relation management: manage suppliers and support them when needed.
• Project management: manage the implementation of productivity actions by coordinating all needed people to make it happen.
• Identify and implement productivity actions: find new productivity ideas through the plants, verticalized productivity actions from one supplier to another.
• Support TVO activities at the plant level: participate in productivity weekly meetings to support implementation, update and give status on TVO.
• Review and monitor weekly purchasing productivity plan: follow all the productivity actions, status, next steps; share blocking points and inform when support is needed from management.
• Manage the Purchasing Budget & Forecast: reach yearly target objectives (IPP/VAVE/Cash/Inventory/Kaizen card) and support the yearly update of the budget/forecast.
• Participate ECR meetings in series and lead actions on purchasing scope; support the serial life of a project and changes that can occur; take actions on the leather and support at supplier level.
• Internship lasts 6 months; through IEFP.

Skills

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Management Engineering or related fields.
• Microsoft skills.
• Good interpersonal skills, initiative, critical thinking.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• English (mandatory).
