As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing supplier invoices in our internal system
- Providing guidance to suppliers on
- related matters - Responding to supplier inquiries via phone calls, emails, or other communication channels
- Evaluating situations that require escalation and taking necessary action
- Facilitating communication between suppliers and clients when needed
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A high level of proficiency in Polish and fluent English (C2 - written and oral)
- Strong analytical and
- solving skills - Proficiency in Excel and effective communication skills
