Ne & Support Rest of Europe) – because ordinary doesn’t cut it here.

You’ll take ownership of procurement activities in Belgium and the Netherlands, support our core markets, and help drive cost optimization, supplier performance, and process improvements. From analyzing market trends to coordinating with internal teams, you’ll be at the heart of keeping our fleets running efficiently – all while learning and growing in an international, dynamic environment.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• Support the procurement of Vans & Trucks for the core markets (Germany, France, Spain, and Italy) by assisting the responsible buyers with data analysis, supplier communication, and operational tasks
• Take first ownership in managing procurement activities for Belgium and the Netherlands, with support and guidance from senior team members
• Prepare cost calculations, support contract processes, and help track supplier performance to ensure
  - quality service and competitive pricing
• Analyze procurement data and market trends to support strategic initiatives and continuous improvement
• Collaborate closely with internal departments (e. g. , Yield, Pricing, Logistics) to ensure smooth coordination and data accuracy
• Contribute actively to team projects and process optimizations aimed at increasing efficiency and transparency

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• You have initial experience or a strong interest in procurement, business analytics, or supply chain, with mobility or automotive sector experience as a plus.
• You have very strong analytical and numerical skills, able to interpret data and support
  - driven decisions.
• You are fluent in English, with knowledge of German or other European languages considered an advantage.
• You have good Excel skills (e. g. , pivot tables, basic functions) and experience with data tools or ERP systems is a plus.
• You work proactively and in a structured way, with strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• You have strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and motivation to grow in an international, dynamic environment.
