We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Universal Banking team. In this role, you will lead the

- end delivery of complex banking transformation projects using Finastra’s core banking solutions.
You will manage Saa
S, cloud, and
- prem implementations, working closely with customers and
- functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full lifecycle implementation of core banking solutions
- Define project scope, timelines, and success metrics
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer engagements
- Coordinate internal teams, partners, and vendors
- Manage data migration, integration, and deployment activities
- Monitor project performance and report on progress
- Identify and mitigate risks and ensure compliance
- Support business development and contribute to proposals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field
- 10+ years in IT project/program management
- 5+ years managing core banking implementations
- Experience with platforms such as Temenos, Oracle, or Finacle
- Strong knowledge of Saa
S, cloud, APIs, and digital banking - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or ITIL are a plus
Work Environment:
