What will you contribute?As a Professional Services Project Manager within our Universal Banking business unit, you will lead the successful delivery of complex banking transformation projects that leverage Finastra’s core banking solutions. You will manage the implementation lifecycle

- prem solutions, oversee customer engagements, and coordinate
- functional teams to deliver on time, within scope and budget. This role demands deep knowledge of core banking solutions, Saa
S and cloud implementation processes, excellent program and project management skills, and the ability to align software implementations with customer business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Planning and Strategy:
- Define scope, objectives, and success metrics for implementations in collaboration with customer stakeholders.
- Align scope of work with customer and Finastra stakeholders.
- Develop detailed program roadmaps, timelines, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure deliverables align with customer goals and Finastra’s product roadmap.
- Customer Engagement and Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Provide guidance on product capabilities and their application to customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer executives and stakeholders.
- Program Execution and Delivery:
- Lead

- end implementation, including requirements, configuration, testing, and deployment. - Follow Finastra’s implementation methodology and governance standards.
- Negotiate scope changes and manage change requests.
- Manage data migration, integration, and
- party applications.
- Lead
- Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Coordinate
- functional resources, including product development, operations, and customer teams. - Provide leadership and direction, ensuring methodology adherence.
- Track resource utilization and foster a collaborative,
- focused team culture.
- Coordinate
- Vendor and Partner Management:
- Work with technology partners and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
- Oversee vendor contracts, performance, and deliverables.
- Risk and Compliance Management:
- Identify and mitigate implementation risks.
- Escalate key risks to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, data laws, and security standards.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor project progress and KPIs.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Conduct
- implementation reviews and document lessons learned.
- Support Business Development:
- Collaborate with sales teams on estimates and proposals.
- Identify opportunities for additional solutions and services.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields; advanced degree or certifications (PMP, ITIL, etc. ) are a plus.
- 10+ years in IT program management, with 5+ years managing core banking implementations.
- Strong knowledge of core banking platforms (e. g. , Temenos, Oracle, Finacle).
- Experience in diverse banking and financial markets.
Technical Knowledge:
- Familiarity with APIs, middleware, Saa
S, cloud deployments, and digital banking solutions. - Knowledge of banking operations across retail, corporate, payments, and lending.
Soft Skills:
- Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving,
- making, and proactive challenge resolution. - Ability to manage priorities in a
- paced environment.
Work Environment:
- Full-time with hybrid work and some travel as needed.
- Collaboration across global teams, including occasional site visits.
