Job Description
Help us deliver impactful corporate training programs that empower people through tech.
As Program Coordinator, you'll support the design and execution of training solutions for B2B clients, acting as the bridge between our internal teams and external stakeholders.
You’ll collaborate closely with Sales and Instructors to understand client needs and shape tailored learning experiences. From the first planning steps to final delivery, you’ll be
- on with every aspect of course logistics and coordination. You’ll also support our B2C programs when needed, and contribute to the delivery of
- supported initiatives, namely Cheque Formação + Digital.
Your Responsibilities
Client Interaction & Needs Assessment Join client meetings (when necessary) to understand their training goals and provide input on how we can structure and deliver effective learning programs.
Program Design Support Work with Sales, Instructors, and Operations to
- design custom courses — suggesting schedules, formats, and delivery methods that align with both client needs and internal capacity.
Course Preparation & Delivery Coordinate all operational steps required to run a course, including scheduling, communications, platform setup, and alignment of internal stakeholders.
Internal Coordination Ensure consistent communication between departments, acting as the
- to person for logistical and
- related updates.
Documentation & Quality Control Track key dates, maintain accurate documentation, and follow internal processes to ensure quality and consistency across programs.
Support B2C Training Assist in the delivery of B2C online courses when needed — including onboarding, reminders, and session management.
Public Program Operations Support the preparation and management of
- supported initiatives, especially Cheque Formação + Digital, ensuring compliance with administrative and reporting requirements.
About you Previous experience in operations, project coordination, education, or client support — ideally in tech, training, or digital services. Confident in
- facing situations, able to understand and translate client needs into actionable plans. Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and timelines simultaneously. Comfortable using tools like Notion, Google Workspace, Zoom, and learning platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Collaborative and flexible mindset, willing to adapt and support
- functional teams.
