Responsibilities:

• Management of the entire program engineering lifecycle including initiation, definition, planning and steering.
• Monitoring and managing the program budget, scope, risks, issues, and schedule will also be part of your responsibilities.
• Assist on the implementation of program and project management standards and tools.
• Identify needs, manage expectations, and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Lead regular status meetings with the program team, project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders.
• Provide coaching and assistance to other Project Engineering Managers
• Assure coordination with other programs.
• Provide internal and external reporting to senior leadership and external entities for strategic performance.

Job Requirements:

• Requires a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Applied Science (or equivalent);
• Requires 5+ years of experience in a project/program management role;
• Thorough understanding of program/project management techniques and methods;
• Moderation experience and skills;
• Experience having worked in matrix organization that includes demonstrating strong influencing and collaborative skills across multiple teams;
• Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate and discuss complex matters clearly with both technical and
  - technical people;
• Solid organizational skills;
• Excellent
  - solving ability;
• Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity.
  
  

Valued Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience in Formal Project Management (e. g. , PMP, PRINCE2, etc. ). …;
• Understanding technical aspects of IP and So
  C development;
• Familiarity with the development process for ASIC designs;
• Familiarity with UNIX operating systems, MS Project and MS Excel;
• Experience in Business Intelligence and Data Visualization tools (ex. Power BI);
• Formal
  - skill training – Communication, Negotiation, Moderation, Leadership.

- signal IP projects, assuring program delivery according roadmap, and maintaining overview of program performance on main milestones and key KPI’s.
