Responsibilities

• Plan and structure projects with proper governance.
• Lead studies, define solutions, validate with stakeholders.
• Manage execution, risks, team, and ongoing communication.
• Close projects, capture lessons, and suggest improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in a project leader role (senior PM level)
• Strong track record in successful interactions with peers in a
  - hierarchical framework
• Strong analytical skills
• English fluent
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Capacity to interact with very senior employees of the organization
• Strong interpersonal skills and proven coaching capabilities
• Strong
  - solving and negotiation skills
