Responsibilities

• You will support the CFO in coordinating projects and initiatives across different functions (Controlling, Legal, Accounting, Tax, Compliance, Risk, Governance).
• You will assist in preparing reports, presentations, and performance dashboards.
• You will help maintain project plans, timelines, and follow up on deliverables with stakeholders.
• You will contribute to identifying process improvements and supporting their implementation.
• You will serve as a central point of contact for CFO-related inquiries and coordination.
• You will manage projects from initiation to completion.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of professional experience in project management, finance, business administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience in financial processes, reporting, and corporate structures.
• Good communication and teamwork skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues at all levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of project management tools (e. g. , SAP, Power BI).
