Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Group Functions Controlling, Legal, Accounting, Tax, Compliance, Risk and Governance
• Coordinate
  - functional teams and ensure alignment with CFO priorities and business objectives. Prepare and consolidate reports, performance dashboards, and executive presentations
• Lead and manage projects for the CFO from initiation to completion, starting with analyzing and planning to successful project execution.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
• Facilitate regular project reviews, status updates, and stakeholder communications
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement structural improvements
• Serve as central point of contact for CFO related inquiries and coordination.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally in a finance or corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of (financial) processes, reporting cycles, and organizational structures.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e. g. , MS Project) and financial systems (e. g. , SAP, Power BI).
