Program Manager
We are looking for a talented Group Technology Program Manager to support us in our digital transformation journey, with a specific focus on the Client & Market domain and its related products.
You will work in a global environment with highly distributed teams across different countries, time zones, and management levels. You will be part of a team delivering program management services, as well as other impactful transversal services such as Quality Assurance and Test Management, Release Management coordination, and Business Relationship Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning & execution, and coordinate delivery - of assigned “initiatives” (as defined).
- Align with the Product organisations and act as key contributor to ceremonies such as Quarterly Alignment Days (Product PI Plannings).
- Act as a Group Technology key point of contact for Business stakeholders.
- Act as leader and coordinator of the program team, and install thorough collaboration with Product Owners, Product Analysts, Test Managers, Technical Leads, Business Relationship Manager, Release Manager, and other team members.
- Coordinate all phases -from initiation (“kick-off”) -to
- delivery in production (”closing”). - Identify, highlight and
- up program dependencies and critical paths. - Report plans, progress, issues and risks as required by Group Technology and domain practices.
- Act as a direct support to Product Area Manager, in interactions with key roles of the product area. Lead and facilitate related action plans.
- Leverage operationally Quality Assurance, Release Management and Business Relationship Management services in the product area.
- Thoroughly apply our customer compliance and security requirements across initiatives.
- Apply Group Technology & domain methodology and best practices, especially around Quality Assurance and readiness of deliverables.
- Actively participate to relevant Community of Practice instances.
Profile Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience in Technology Project/Program Management with significant Quality Assurance aspects.
- Proven technical project management with strong interpersonal, and communication skills and high attention to detail.
Essential experience
- Experience in software architecture and development lifecycle, in combined technology and functional environment.
- Experience in leading and delivering related integration projects/programs, preferably with omnichannel dimensions, from initial study to production stabilization.
- Experience in integrated E-Commerce and/or Retail and/or CRM portfolio management is a must.
- Experience in integrated Customer Services and/or Wholesale portfolio management is suitable.
- Hands on experience with technology concepts such as APIs,
- services, Cloud hosting, OMS, CRM (e. g. , Salesforce platform), ERP (e. g. , SAP).

Education
- B. Sc. or MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
- Project Management Certification is recommended (e. g. , PMP, PRINCE2).
- Fluent English is required, French is suitable, other languages are a plus (e. g. , German, Italian, Spanish, Chinese).
