Program Manager – Product & Delivery Operations

Remote (Portugal) | Full-time

We’re looking for a Program Manager to help us build the operational backbone of a new digital learning platform — driving alignment, structure, and delivery across multiple squads.

What you’ll do

Coordinate delivery across multiple squads, ensuring progress is aligned with goals and deadlines.

Own and optimize Jira configuration : workflows, boards, dashboards, filters.

Define, adapt and improve agile rituals (plannings, standups, retros, demos).

Drive visibility and alignment across product, engineering, and design.

Identify and manage dependencies, blockers, risks — and proactively resolve them.

Support squads with tools, process documentation, and delivery discipline.

Contribute to building product operations foundations : consistent rituals, shared metrics, documentation practices.

Report on delivery health and support leadership in planning and prioritization.

What we’re looking for

Solid experience as a Program Manager, Delivery Manager, or Agile Project Manager in digital product teams.

Comfortable working with multiple
- functional squads in a
- paced environment.

Deep,
- on experience with Jira setup and management.

Strong grasp of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and hybrid delivery approaches.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience in Product Operations is a strong plus.

Fluent in English (required).

Resides in Portugal or has legal right to work and live in the country (required).
