Your mission, roles and responsibilities

- car continuity and an ongoing link with the outside world through our scalable and adaptable solution. We are looking for a Program Manager who can drive complex Saa
S programs in the automotive space.

Key responsibilities

• Take the wheel and command a fleet of simultaneous Saa
  S journeys, deploying embedded apps and driving
  - car Android Automotive platforms.
• Be the lighthouse for clients — guiding onboarding, implementation, and
  - launch stabilization.
• Coordinate devs, QA, app deliverers, infrastructure teams, and UX professionals to ensure all customizations and integrations meet requirements.
• Broker partnerships with
  - party providers to bring external apps aboard and ensure compatibility with the Saa
  S platform.
• Define the voyage scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Draft project plans, monitor timelines, track deliverables, and manage risks with sound strategies.
• Ensure documentation, training materials, and support artifacts are prepared for clients and internal teams.
• Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and governance meetings to keep all parties aligned.
• Advocate and implement best practices to run projects faster, smarter, and more efficiently.
• Ensure adherence to the Forvia Code of Management (Business Planning, Execution, Performance & People Development, Business Ethics).
• Perform other related tasks as needed to achieve team and organization goals.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience navigating Saa
  S programs, including at least 2 years in implementation leadership.
• Experience with software customizations and
  - party API integrations.
• Mastery of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills across departments and time zones.
• Ability to negotiate and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP or Scrum Master are a plus.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B Saa
  S, Android automotive, or enterprise software sectors.
• Familiarity with CRM, ERP, and ITSM systems.
• Understanding of API integration, webhooks, SSO, and middleware.
• Knowledge of automotive protocols (CAN, LIN, MOST) is a bonus.
