About The Job

As a Project Manager, you will contribute to the project management baseline during the bid phase and ensure a smooth transition from bid to project phase, enabling project realization within contractual obligations. You will work in a technically challenging domain, integrating combat and information management systems with sensors and effectors on naval ships, including advanced solutions in information processing, management, user interaction, and sensor and effector control.

• Lead the Project Management Team
• Ensure controlled and predictable project execution
• Report project status to stakeholders
• Contribute to project reviews and evaluations
• Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with project plans and industry standards

About You

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, or similar
• Minimum 5 years experience as Program or Project Manager
• Knowledge of system engineering and project management processes
• Leadership and team coordination skills
• Ability to develop project management documentation
• Strong risk and opportunity management skills
• Ability to monitor and control projects
• Experience in procurement activities
• Financial management skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Willingness to travel abroad and work in an international environment
• IPMA certification or equivalent
• Fluency in Portuguese and English
