We are looking for a Program Manager

Main Tasks:

• Lead
  -
  - end planning, execution, and delivery of assigned initiatives, ensuring alignment with Product teams and contribution to PI Planning
• Act as main Group Technology contact for Business and Maison stakeholders, driving collaboration across domains and program teams
• Manage scope, planning, releases, resource capacity, dependencies, risks, and change requests throughout the program lifecycle
• Ensure clear communication, stakeholder engagement, and alignment through updates, reporting, and
  - defined communication plans
• Monitor budget adherence and financial tracking against estimates
• Support Product Area Managers when embedded, promoting best practices, process efficiency, and delivery roadmap execution
• Oversee domain portfolio control, reporting, and escalation as needed

Main Skills & Requirements:

• B. Sc. or M. Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years in Technology Project/Program Management with strong QA focus
• Managed E-Commerce , Retail , and/or CRM
• Experience in software architecture and development lifecycle
• Hands-on with APIs, microservices, Cloud, OMS, Salesforce, SAP
• Willing to travel internationally
• Familiar with SAP Solution Manager, Confluence, and Jira
• Fluency in English is mandatory
