Program Manager

Job description
:

We are looking for a Program Manager whose main mission is to ensure the governance and coordination of a portfolio of strategic projects.

The candidate will be responsible for achieving the program's objectives, ensuring consistency across the various projects.  The position will require strong management skills, supported by technical expertise to understand the operational challenges.

Their tasks will include:

• Pilotage and Strategy
  : Define and steer the program strategy in alignment with the company's objectives and the sponsor's expectations.
• Portfolio Management
  : Manage the project portfolio and the associated budget, while overseeing the coordination between teams.
• Coordination
  : Manage interdependencies between projects and challenge the solutions implemented to ensure the quality of deliverables.
• Management
  : Ensure the functional and transversal management of project teams.

• Work environment:
   Client's premises

• Remote work: Hybride model (twice a week at client's premises)

• Technical environment:
   Knowledge of production processes (ITIL), Dev
  Ops practices (CI/CD, automation), Cloud, and application migration will be required. "

Required profile
:

You have 6 years of proven experience in the Program Manager field.

You are passionate about coordination and have initial experience in the PROGRAM MANAGER profession in the Banking industry.

The recruitment process at Consort Group:

• An initial phone call with one of our recruitment officers

• An HR interview with the recruitment officer you spoke to initially and a business engineer to discuss the role, the team structure and
