The mission of this role

Drive program procurement towards project health and success.

Key Objectives

1. Develop and execute strategies to ensure cost savings through all phases of the ASC (Advance Supply Chain) process, including Idea Generation, Screening, Commercialization, and Industrialization at the regional level.
2. Lead PDM (Price Decision Making) to target
   - time cost at BOM.
3. Establish ASC reporting to monitor project statuses such as PO placements, PPAP, and supplier issues.
4. Promote early involvement and
   -
   - cost activities.
5. Align sourcing activities with joint ventures.
6. Conduct
   - functional sourcing boards for alignment and approvals.
7. Engage early to achieve competitive costs and support
   -
   - cost initiatives.
8. Ensure
   - time BOM delivery with specified requirements considering market nuances.
9. Organize workshops on competitor analysis and supplier market trends.
10. Design and implement capacity development models for procurement.
11. Manage customer expectations across regions to ensure program profitability.
12. Collaborate with industry experts to identify strategic partnerships for competitive advantage.
13. Complete team integration and support daily processes following Visteon standards.
14. Support 4-6 projects in the forward model phase and identify improvement opportunities.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electronics).
• 2-3 years experience in automotive program management.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
