Program Support Team Leader
Job Purpose:
To ensure quality continuous support of Autodesk Learning Partner programs and maintain and improve all administration aspects of programs
Responsibilities:
- Leadership of 3 team members looking after a global program
- Responsible for first line support of program within 3 day KPI
- Manage escalations to resolution
- Generation and Distribution of all renewal processes from central team
- New Applications – Once passed by PSM, process through to onboarding
- Creation and Maintenance of Global Reporting Requirements
- Coordinating with PSM and Support Team members to ensure quality level of service at all times
- Escalation of issues to PSM and others, and management of issue to resolution
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
- Experience of working with partners
- Analyze and resolve complex issues and problems in a timely and effective manner
- Constructively work under pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.
- Willingness to embrace change
- Excellent communication skills at all levels of the business (written)
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
- Relationship building internally and with customers
