To ensure quality continuous support of Autodesk Learning Partner programs and maintain and improve all administration aspects of programs.

Responsibilities:

• Leadership of 3 team members looking after a global program
• Responsible for first line support of the program within 3-day KPI
• Manage escalations to resolution
• Generation and distribution of all renewal processes from the central team
• Process new applications once passed by PSM through to onboarding
• Create and maintain global reporting requirements
• Coordinate with PSM and support team members to ensure quality service at all times
• Escalate issues to PSM and others, and manage issues to resolution

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• Experience working with partners
• Analyze and resolve complex issues effectively and promptly
• Work constructively under pressure with high workloads and deadlines
• Willingness to embrace change
• Excellent written communication skills at all business levels
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion
• Build relationships internally and with customers
