To ensure quality continuous support of Autodesk Learning Partner programs and maintain and improve all administration aspects of programs.

Responsibilities:

• Leadership of 3 team members looking after a global program
• Responsible for first line support of the program within 3-day KPI
• Manage escalations to resolution
• Generation and distribution of all renewal processes from the central team
• Processing new applications through onboarding once passed by PSM
• Creation and maintenance of global reporting requirements
• Coordinating with PSM and support team members to ensure quality service
• Escalation and management of issues to resolution

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• Experience working with partners
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues effectively
• Working constructively under pressure with high workloads and deadlines
• Willingness to embrace change
• Excellent written communication skills at all business levels
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Relationship building internally and with customers
