Programming Specialist
The Programming Specialist leads programming for Owned (redbull.com & Red Bull TV) and Managed 3rd party channels (Tik
Tok, Facebook, Instagram, etc. ), manages community engagement across these platforms, and develops
- platform programming strategies aligned with the organization’s marketing goals. The role aims to foster brand love through organic engagement, maximizing reach, interactions, and word of mouth by delivering the right content at the right time on the right platform.
Key responsibilities include:
- Content Definition: Setting content priorities and creating plans with the Media Network and Marketing teams based on content performance and audience insights.
- Strategy for Owned and Managed Channels: Refining channel strategies, identifying partnership opportunities, and optimizing performance through scheduling, featuring, and enhancing consumer journeys.
- Content Creation: Collaborating with content teams for
- specific content needs, developing activation plans, managing social media and community engagement, and coordinating with Creator Marketing teams.
Required knowledge and expertise:
- At least 3 years of experience in digital media management, including social media and website/app programming.
- Strong understanding of digital consumer behavior and trends.
- Ability to generate online word of mouth and engagement.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a
- driven approach. - Passion for the Red Bull brand and its values.
- Hands-on experience with managing digital channels when required.
- Creative, curious, and
- minded attitude.
