The Programming Specialist leads programming for Owned (redbull.com & Red Bull TV) and Managed 3rd party channels (Tik
Tok, Facebook, Instagram, etc. ), along with community management across these platforms. The role involves creating and implementing
- platform programming strategies aligned with the organization’s marketing goals. The specialist drives brand engagement by generating organic reach, interactions, and word of mouth through targeted content on the right platform at the right time. This position requires industry knowledge across social, web, and emerging digital channels, with the ability to translate strategy into engaging stories and valuable audience interactions.

Responsibilities:

1. Content Definition: Define content priorities and create plans with the Media Network and Marketing teams, based on performance data and audience insights.
2. Strategy for Owned and Managed Channels: Develop and refine strategies, identify potential partner channels, and optimize channel performance through scheduling, features, and consumer journey enhancements.
3. Content Creation: Collaborate with Content team to develop
   - specific content, plan activations with Brand and Communications teams, and manage social media, community, and
   - specific programs.

Key Knowledge and Experience:

• At least 3 years of management experience in digital programming across channels/platforms.
• Experience managing social media accounts and/or websites/apps.
• Expertise in digital consumer behavior, content engagement, and online trends.
• Strong communication skills and ability to elevate digital knowledge within the organization.
• Understanding of competitor activity and consumer behavior in media and FMCG contexts.
• Passion for the Red Bull brand and its values, with ability to translate this into online engagement.
• Deep industry knowledge, analytical mindset, and
  - driven strategy skills.
• Hands-on approach, proactive account management, curiosity, creativity, leadership, and
  - solving abilities.
