Project Coordinator & Ea/Pa (Remote)
This role spans multiple companies and countries. It can be fully remote or hybrid. It is a benefit if you speak other languages alongside English.

Candidates must have previous experience as an EA and within project management of digital projects.

How will you fit into the bigger picture?
This is an exciting new role in a startup environment, working closely with the founder and Managing Director (MD) and management on
- hoc projects while providing EA support.
The Project Coordinator & EA will help execute new projects and strategies, both long and short term. Liaising with operational, marketing, and other teams to ensure efficient and smooth execution along set timelines. Business areas include, but are not limited to:
- Online auctions
- Direct-to-consumer E-commerce retail
- Investment sales
- Digitizing collectibles & gold
- Global mobility
Responsibilities
- Supporting MD and management on
- hoc projects. - Liaising with specialists, designers, and content creators.
- Meeting specific project timelines.
- Improving communication across teams (legal, marketing, sales, etc. ).
- Problem solving with MD and management support.
- Removing blockers.
- Supporting MD and management on outreach, including drafting email templates and using online tools for messaging potential investors, partners, influencers, thought leaders on social media.
- Researching and contacting influencers and potential investors/companies.
- Supporting market research and preparing presentations/pitch decks.
- Creating Power
Point templates for ongoing use. - Liaising with design and content creators.
- Organizing events and supporting MD and sales team with logistics.
- Liaising with participants and speakers, sending reminders, and managing event logistics.
- Arranging and attending Board and Committee Meetings, taking minutes, and monitoring actions.
- Managing MD’s email inboxes and calendar, including personal commitments and travel.
- Managing social media posts, responding to messages, and liaising with marketing staff and agencies.
Candidate Requirements :
- Attention to detail and drive for perfection.
- Track record in digital products and sales.
- Experience working with
- value or luxury goods. - Proven experience as an EA and project coordinator.
- Excellent
- facing and internal communication skills. - Exceptional
- solving skills. - Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and delegate.
- Ability to
- task and remain calm under pressure. - Ability to adapt to change while remaining resourceful.
- Good knowledge of customer service and sales.
