- hoc projects while providing EA support. The Project Coordinator & EA will come in to help execute on new projects and strategies, both long and short term. Responsibilitieso supporting MD and management on
- hoc projects. O liaising with specialists, designers and content creators. O meeting specific project timelineso improving communication across teams (legal, marketing, sales, etc. )o problem solving with MD and management supporto removing blockers
Supporting MD and management on outreacho draft copy of email templateso utilising online tools to message potential investors, partners, influencers, thought leaders on Linked
In and other social media (with input from MD and/or marketing staff)o research and contact influencers (social media, blogs, thought leaders, etc. )o research support as directed by MD and managemento outreach to various companies/individuals to develop business and schedule meetings with MDMarket researcho potential investors/companies (using tools such as Beaufort, Dealroom, Crunchbase, etc. )o presentations/pitch deck support for MD, Group board and sales/marketingo Creating presentation Power
Point templates for ongoing useo Liaising with design and content creators
Event organising supporting MD and sales teamo Liaising with participants and speakers, sending out reminders etc. O General event logistics (travel, food, drinks, entertainment etc. )Arranging and attending Board and Committee Meetings, overseeing the
- ordination, taking minutes of meetings and recording and monitoring actions
Email & calendar managemento 4 email inboxes for MDo Sorting emails into folders as per existing systemo Actioning and executing emails, liaising with MD to help in the processo Highlighting urgent issues by reaching out to MD by phoneo Calendar management for MDo Including managing personal commitments for MD in calendar, for example family birthdays etc. O Liaising with relevant parties to schedule, organise and plan business and personal events and travel. Social media and marketing managemento Posting social media posts generated in liaison with MD and/or marketing staffo Highlighting and responding to incoming messages and reactions to postso Managing Hootsuite accounto Liaising with Marketing staff and agencies as required
Candidate Requirements:
Attention to detail and drive for perfection. Track record in digital products and sales. Experience working with high value or luxury goods. Proven working experience in EA and project coordinator roles. Excellent client facing and internal communication skills. Exceptional
- solving skills. Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workload and delegate effectively. Ability to
- task - manage day to day tasks as well as additional projects and ad hoc requests remaining calm and focussed in a
- pressure environment. Ability to adapt to sudden changes while remaining calm and resourceful. Good knowledge of customer service and sales. Enthusiasm to work in a
