POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for a dynamic Project Coordinator to join our Solution Delivery Organisation in Lisbon. As a Project Coordinator, you will support the Transition Manager in various tasks related to transformation initiatives. You will contribute to both digital transformation and organisational change initiatives, by ensuring diligent
- up on action plans, managing priorities with
- functional stakeholders, and helping to stabilize and streamline processes. This position offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment where your contributions will directly impact on the company's operational excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- In our transformation initiatives, you will contribute especially to the hypercare and stabilization phases in
- implementation. - Centralize and manage issue logs, ensuring that all issues are tracked, prioritized and resolved in a timely manner.
- Work with stakeholders to define action plans and
- up on resolution. - Collect and analyse data to track and report on the progress for key stakeholders and leadership.
- Help identifying risks and resolving roadblocks.
- Support in producing and maintaining project and process documentation, such as inventory of processes, workflows, gap analysis, stakeholder mapping, change impact assessment, action logs, etc.
- Participate in the coordination of project governance forums, including preparing status updates, presentation slides and meeting minutes for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Transition Manager to produce and implement communication strategies to raise awareness and promote change.
- Support efforts to streamline and standardize processes and improve quality control.
- Assist in developing
- implementation support and
- up strategies to ensure sustainable change and
- term adoption of new processes and systems. Support in monitoring and assessing the effectiveness of these strategies.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- 2–5 years of experience in a project coordination or PMO support.
- Previous experience in digital or organisational transformation, continuous improvement or change management projects is appreciated.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power
Point). - Proactive, autonomous and
- oriented attitude. - Highly organised with sharp attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively manage priorities and meet deadlines.
- Critical thinking, curiosity and willingness to learn.
- Ability to communicate effectively with
- functional teams and leadership. - Full professional proficiency of written and oral English required.
