Key Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of complex data center construction projects from planning to completion.

Develop and execute project strategies, ensuring alignment with business and client objectives.

Oversee project schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies.

Manage multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and key suppliers.

Ensure strict adherence to safety, compliance, and quality standards.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships.

Drive innovation and efficiency in project execution.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in construction project management , with at least 5 years in a Project Director or senior leadership role.

Proven track record of delivering hyperscale or colocation data center projects.

Strong expertise in critical power infrastructure, HVAC, and MEP systems .

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field .

Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Data Center Specialist credentials are an advantage.

Experience managing
- scale projects across multiple European locations.
