As Project Engineering Manager you will manage
- signal IP projects, write specifications, review planning and participate on design tasks as required.

The successful candidate will work on a variety of management, documentation tasks and may also be involved in design and/or verification tasks.

Responsibilities:

1. Participate in complex block and/or chip planning and architecture studies.
2. Create clear project scope documentation and milestone definitions.
3. Convene project
   - off and regular milestones tracking meetings with
   - functional teams.
4. Maintain project plans and resource reports.
5. Participate in design reviews and ensure that all quality checks are completed.
6. Coordinate the production of IP Test Chips.
7. Review silicon characterization reports, and design verification reports.
8. Define and
   - ordinate IP product releases.
9. Manage product updates triggered by silicon process updates, design updates, and customer feedback.
10. Coordinate R&D team feedback during
    - sales customer engagements and review statements of work.
11. Communicate with customers about technical issues.
12. Work toward improving design efficiency and achieving highest possible quality metrics.

Requirements:

1. Requires a degree in Engineering or Applied Science (or equivalent).
2. Requires 5+ years of experience in a customer facing and/or project management role.
3. Familiarity with Project Management and Planning tasks.
4. Familiarity with UNIX operating systems, Jira, MS Project and MS Excel.
5. Good written and verbal communication skills.
6. Solid organizational skills.
7. Familiarity with the development process for ASIC designs.

This position could be performed in Lisbon or Porto.
