As a Project Engineering Manager, you will manage
- signal IP projects, write specifications, review planning, and participate in design tasks as required.

The successful candidate will work on various management and documentation tasks and may also be involved in design and verification activities.

Responsibilities:

1. Participate in complex block and/or chip planning and architecture studies.
2. Create clear project scope documentation and define milestones.
3. Convene project
   - off meetings and track milestones with
   - functional teams.
4. Maintain project plans and resource reports.
5. Participate in design reviews and ensure quality checks are completed.
6. Coordinate the production of IP Test Chips.
7. Review silicon characterization and design verification reports.
8. Define and coordinate IP product releases.
9. Manage product updates, silicon process updates, design updates, and customer feedback.
10. Coordinate R&D team feedback during
    - sales customer engagements and review statements of work.
11. Communicate with customers regarding technical issues.
12. Work towards improving design efficiency and achieving
    - quality metrics.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or Applied Science (or equivalent).
• 5+ years of experience in
  - facing and/or project management roles.
• Familiarity with Project Management and Planning tools.
• Experience with UNIX, Jira, MS Project, and MS Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• Familiarity with ASIC design development processes.

This position can be performed in Lisbon or Porto.
