Description

Are you a Project Leader looking to join an established company in Cascais, Portugal? Open Source Integrators is looking for a person to work with clients on or off site, as well as analyze their business needs. The ideal candidate will be someone with strong skills in planning, designing and managing a project. You will be able to teach, train and empower clients and convey needs, concerns and priorities to the software development team and the
- 's leadership team.

Responsibilities and tasks include collaborating with clients, leading project phases and ensuring alignment with client and company expectations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project estimation, forecasting and task management.
• Represent OSI values effectively to clients and colleagues.
• Work closely with other team members, including business analysts and technical managers to ensure timely completion of work.
• Maintain budget awareness for all stakeholders and effectively manage project changes as necessary.
• Act as project leader and take charge of the project. Manage the scope, budget and schedule, ensuring that projects meet client and company expectations.
• Be able to contribute positively to all phases of the project life cycle.
• Build trusting relationships with OSI staff and clients.
• Positively represent OSI, customers and employees. Demonstrate a positive attitude, even in challenging circumstances, and motivate other staff members to achieve maximum productivity.
• Provide accurate, sincere and insightful communication.
• Manage complex financial reports and track projects.
• Demonstrate competence in technical and commercial matters. Working knowledge of Linux, Excel, ERP software, and business process mapping is preferred.
• Demonstrate OSI values and dedication to customer success, reliability, proactive issue addressing, and quality delivery.
• Demonstrate
  - reliance to help solve problems efficiently and effectively.
• Proven
  - facing consulting capabilities are highly desired.
• Become the functional link between the client and the company.

Skills

• PMP Certification and/or Professional Project Management Certificate (preferred).
• Experience implementing software systems (preferred).
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Diligent and efficient work.
• Ability to work easily in a very
  - paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor-'s studies (graduate). Master-'s studies are a plus.
• Minimum five (5) years of project management experience using industry standard project management tools and techniques.
• Languages: Portuguese (native), professional English (C1 minimum, with a valid diploma of less than 2 years). French is a plus.
• Professional ethics.

Salary

Salary to negotiate, according to experience.

Travel

Up to 25% or as required.
