Capable of supporting projects and programs independently, working closely with the project manager or delivery manager. This role supports teams in managing programs/projects including resource management, work planning, tracking/reporting status of deliverables and milestones, risk & issue coordination, quality control, financial tracking, and governance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process & Administrative Support: operations, tooling, and logistics support
2. Client Data Protection: ensure compliance with policies, confidentiality, and integrity of client data
3. Resource Management: demand/supply tracking, onboarding/offboarding, resource scheduling/reporting
4. Governance & Control: implement standards including tracking, monitoring, and reporting
5. Quality & Compliance: support quality strategy implementation, policies, processes, templates, checklists
6. Meeting Facilitation: document notes, distribute, drive actions towards resolution
7. Issue & Risk Management: document, assign actions, monitor to closure
8. Workplan Management: create, maintain, QA, and manage time tracking tools
9. Time Tracking: maintain tools, reconcile hours, create reports,
   - up
10. Cost/Expense Tracking: track hours, verify expenses
11. Overall Project Management & Coordination: support publication, review,
    - off of deliverables, ensure adherence to plans
12. Continuous Improvement & Innovation: drive initiatives to optimize work, automate processes, adopt best practices
