Project Management Trainee (Estágio IEFP)
Overview
Project Management Trainee (Estágio IEFP) role at Organon Northwest Europe. The Project Management Intern will be an integral part of the Strategy and Enablement team, supporting the execution of Organon’s strategic initiatives. This role involves close collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders across the organization and contributes to the delivery of key Enterprise Services & Solutions priorities. The intern will assist in standard project management activities and continuous improvement efforts, helping to ensure alignment and execution of globally led projects at the local level.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and tracking of project plans
- Assist in
- functional alignment and execution of team initiatives - Help prepare and coordinate workshops and stakeholder engagement activities
- Create and develop materials for stakeholder briefings
- Assist in developing Power
Point presentations - Organize and maintain project documentation and manage version control
- Prepare agendas and
- up actions for team meetings - Collaborate on task organization using continuous improvement methodologies
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Draft internal communications, newsletters, and project updates
- Coordinate with other Organon departments as needed
- Support stakeholder relationship management
- Engage with
- functional teams across the organization
Education, Experience, and Skills
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field
- Fluency in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools: Excel, Word, Power
Point, MS Teams; familiarity with MS Project or similar tools is a plus - Basic understanding of finance processes; knowledge of accounting principles is valued
