Participate in transversal and impactful
- wide projects, supporting the Territory Chief Operating Officer (COO), Territory Chief of Staff and other senior managers.

Your Main Activities

• Participate in the planning, execution, and follow‑up phases of projects for the Territory’s senior management.
• Support the organization of department and territory events.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative research and analysis to support ongoing projects.
• Prepare, conceptualize, execute, and take ownership of internal communications such as internal newsletters, all‑staff emails, appointments and announcements.
• Coordinate with providers, partners, sponsors and other stakeholders to negotiate, share information and strengthen relationships.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop your skills and attain knowledge in Project Management tools.

Profile and Skills to Success

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Economics, and/or related areas.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese, both written and oral.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power
  Point.
• Excellent communicator and creative thinker, able to use both data and intuition to inform decisions and possess a proactive, problem‑solving mindset.
