Role:

Project Manager – Global Data Platform

Services:

• Managing the governance of the Global Data Platform program
• Organizing and facilitating weekly governance meetings and steering committees, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and driving timely decision‑making
• Service will require strategic vision of the program, challenges and interactions between entities to ensuring alignment with program objectives
• Service will require expertise in driving large and complex programs, engaging with several C‑level stakeholders

Responsibilities:

• Program governance and ad hoc presentation to Excom, management committee
• Weekly governance meeting agendas, deck and minutes
• Steering committees’ agendas, deck and minutes
• Program governance documentation, including roles, responsibilities and processes
• Status reports on program progress and milestones
• Program execution plan outlining key activities and timelines

• High adaptability and resilience in managing complexities
• Expertise on stakeholder management capabilities
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude
• Expertise in managing large‑scale programs in complex environments
• Expertise in PMO or project management roles
• English environment
