About our client:

Our client is a technology company specializing in performance monitoring and predictive maintenance for renewable energy assets. Their mission is to help clients around the world maximize efficiency and reliability through the power of data, AI, and automation.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Mid/Senior Project Manager to lead the development and deployment of our client´s solutions. This role will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards—serving as the main bridge between our technical teams, internal stakeholders, and the client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage multiple projects from initiation to delivery.
• Oversee schedules, risks, dependencies, and overall project execution.
• Align technical, commercial, and operational teams around shared goals.
• Act as the primary client contact, ensuring clear communication and regular updates.
• Support prioritization and roadmap planning based on impact and feasibility.
• Drive continuous improvement of internal project management processes.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally within consulting firms (e. g. , Deloitte, EY, Pw
  C, Accenture).
• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in the energy sector—especially renewables—is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
• Availability for hybrid work in Porto, with occasional travel to Lisbon.
