TB Developments is a Project & Investment Management company specialized in real estate development in Lisbon. Over the past few years, we have successfully structured and managed several
- end residential and
- use projects on behalf of private investors and family offices.

We are looking for a Project Manager with a hybrid technical and financial background — someone who can bridge architecture, engineering, and project finance — to join our growing team.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for overseeing real estate development projects from acquisition to delivery. This includes technical due diligence, project coordination, budgeting and cost control, as well as ensuring alignment between the architectural vision, urban planning regulations, and financial performance of each project.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of real estate development projects (licensing, design, procurement, construction, delivery).
• Conduct technical due diligence and assess planning and zoning constraints under Lisbon urban regulations.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure quality, cost, and schedule objectives are met.
• Visit construction sites weekly to monitor progress and resolve
  - site issues proactively.
• Support financial analysis and reporting together with the FP&A analyst (P&L, project cash flow, capex tracking).
• Review and challenge cost estimates, budgets, and contractor proposals.
• Liaise with municipalities and consultants during licensing and permitting processes.
• Prepare project reports and investment updates for investors.
• Identify risks and opportunities across the technical and financial dimensions of each project.

Profile & Requirements

• +5-7 years of experience in real estate development, construction project management, or engineering consulting.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, or Construction Management;
  
  background in finance or investment analysis is a plus.
• Strong understanding of urban planning and permitting processes in Lisbon (CML).
• Solid technical knowledge in architecture and engineering specialties (structural, MEP, HVAC, etc. ).
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
• Hands-on, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and leadership skills;
  
  comfortable working with investors, consultants, and contractors.
• Excellent command of the following software: Autocad, Excel, Microsoft Project/Primavera, Powerpoint.
