Delivery Lead – Energy Sector

We are looking for a Delivery Lead to join our Service Delivery team, collaborating with a company specialized in energy production and distribution, known for delivering innovative solutions in the energy sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead

  - end delivery or a defined component of a contract, ensuring all operational, contractual, and financial commitments are met.
• Ensure service quality, efficiency, and performance of the delivery team.
• Manage delivery outcomes and identify opportunities for

  - selling.
• Act as a subject matter expert and guide the team to perform effectively.
• Make key decisions impacting delivery and collaborate with multiple internal teams.
• Provide solutions to issues spanning multiple teams or workstreams.
• Foster a collaborative environment that promotes innovation and
  - solving.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans when necessary to ensure successful delivery.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for additional services based on client needs.
• Mentor and support team members to encourage professional growth.

Required Skills

• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service.
• Advanced proficiency in Account Delivery Management.
• Advanced proficiency in Estimation, Planning, and Work Management.
