As a Project Manager at Amaris, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. You will coordinate the efforts of team members and
- party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. You will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop project plans and associated communication documents.
- Communicate project expectations effectively to team members and stakeholders.
- Liaise with project stakeholders regularly.
- Estimate resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
- Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend adjustments as necessary.
- Manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
- Track project milestones and deliverables.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Determine report frequency and content, analyze results, and troubleshoot issues.
- Manage scope changes, identify potential crises, and develop contingency plans.
- Define success criteria and communicate them throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors.
- Build and develop key business relationships vital to project success.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field, proven experience as a Project Manager, strong understanding of project management methodologies, excellent communication and leadership skills, and fluency in English and French. Certifications like PMP or PRINCE2 are a plus.
