We're looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Agile methodologies, particularly SCRUM and Kanban. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering software projects while effectively managing teams, stakeholders, and resources.

You will lead
- functional teams, facilitate agile ceremonies, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a deep understanding of software development processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily
  - ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and resources while maintaining quality standards
• Remove impediments and resolve conflicts to ensure smooth team operation
• Track and report on project metrics, KPIs, and team velocity
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and manage expectations
• Create and maintain project documentation including roadmaps, release plans, and sprint backlogs
• Coach team members on agile principles and best practices
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies proactively
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and team empowerment
• Coordinate with other departments and ensure alignment with business objectives

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in software development
• Proven expertise in SCRUM, Kanban, or other agile methodologies
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, Teamwork, etc. )
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements
• Strong

  - making capabilities
• Basic technical knowledge to effectively communicate with development teams
• Experience facilitating discussions and resolving conflicts
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience

Nice to Have

• Professional certifications such as Certified Scrum
  Master (CSM), Project Management Professional (PMP), or similar
• Experience with scaled agile frameworks (SAFe, Le
  SS, etc. )
• Background in software development or technical role
• Experience with remote or distributed teams
• Knowledge of Dev
  Ops practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience in the same industry as our clients
