The company provides services supporting the energy transition for its customers and partners. One of its strategic goals is to offer opportunities for engineers interested in participating in disruptive projects within the energy sector, particularly in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Substations, Grids, Renewable Energy projects, and H2 plants.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering;
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the energy sector;
• Solid knowledge of project management processes, including contract negotiation and management (with clients and suppliers), budget control, human resources, and quality management procedures;
• Strong planning skills and proficiency in MS Project;
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills, with strong writing ability and good command of text processing tools;
• Proactive, responsible, and
  - oriented attitude, with a strong desire to meet stakeholder expectations;
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to plan and organize teams and define suitable project strategies;
• Fluent in English (written and spoken);
• Availability for national and international travel.

WHAT ROLE WILL YOU PLAY?

• Define project goals and scope;
• Plan, schedule, and document project tasks;
• Ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope;
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, internal and external;
• Identify and manage project risks;
• Document project progress using project management tools and procedures;
• Guarantee standard results and project success;
• Gain increasing autonomy in management as projects evolve, under the support and guidance of the Department’s management;
• Uphold the guiding principles of Win Power’s Quality Policy.
