- edge biomethane projects in Portugal and Spain, we are seeking a talented Project Manager to lead the licensing phase and construction readiness of our new industrial biomethane projects.
Working closely with engineering partners and technology providers, you will play a pivotal role in securing regulatory approvals and preparing the projects for execution. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic,

The position will be based in Lisbon, in a hybrid system, with a nationwide scope of activity.
Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will oversee and coordinate all phases of project development. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Regulatory Compliance & Permitting: Lead all permitting activities, ensuring full compliance with environmental and energy regulations in Portugal and Spain.
- Technical & Engineering Coordination: Work with engineering and technology partners to ensure that layouts, utilities, safety, and environmental requirements are fully integrated and aligned with licensing needs.
- Tendering & Procurement Preparation: Support the preparation of Rf
Ps and tender documentation, and coordinate technical and commercial bid evaluations for EPC and service partners. - FID Support: Consolidate technical and financial inputs to support Final Investment Decisions, including scope definition, capex validation, and permitting status.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the main liaison with regulatory bodies, municipalities, engineering firms, and technical providers throughout the licensing and preparation phases.
- Project Timeline & Budget Oversight: Define and manage project schedules and cost forecasts, ensuring alignment with internal milestones and fund requirements.
- Reporting & Risk Monitoring: Deliver clear updates to the management team on progress, risks, and critical decision points during the development phase.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project development or management of greenfield renewable or industrial infrastructure projects.
- Solid knowledge of permitting processes, preferably in the Portuguese renewable energy and/or waste regulation context.
- Hands-on experience with Rf
P and tender preparation, technical and commercial bid evaluation, and contract structuring. - Ability to work across multiple projects in parallel, with excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Experience supporting FID preparation, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with technical and financial stakeholders.
- Strong autonomy and
- making capacity, with a proactive and
- oriented approach. - Fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus).
- Availability to travel across Portugal and Spain, as needed.
