We are currently looking for a new member for the Brightcityteam to join us in the position of Project Manager, Brightcity.

Working Place: Sonae Sierra's Central Offices in Maia

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field – with a preference for Civil Engineering.
  
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in similar roles.
  
• Solid knowledge of Auto
  CAD and MS Project.
  
• Proficiency in the Public Contracts Code (CCP) and applicable legal procedures.
  
• Proven experience in the preparation and management of public tenders and building projects (preferred).
  
• Knowledge of energy systems, building automation, or sustainable technologies.
  
• Strong leadership skills, effective communication, and stakeholder management.
  
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
  
• Proactive,
  - oriented, and
  - driven.
  
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus.
