Job Description:

Seeking experienced Project Managers and Business Analysts to support HR transformation and Workday-related initiatives. Ideal candidates must have strong HR process knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or support HR projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Analyse HR business processes and translate requirements into actionable plans.
• Work closely with HR, IT, and
  - functional teams on Workday enhancements/implementations.
• Manage
  - level stakeholders and maintain strong communication channels.
• Drive project activities proactively, addressing risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
• Support documentation, process mapping, and change management efforts.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth execution in a
  - stakeholder environment.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in HR business processes (must-have).
• Workday functional exposure or
  - on experience (preferred).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to work with senior leadership and complex organisational structures.
• Proactive mindset, strong ownership, and a
  - do attitude.
• Experience as a PM or BA on HR/HRIS projects.
