THE ROLE

We are looking for a #Tech
Talent to work as a Project Manager /Business Data Analyst for a national project.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Provide method and expertise to frame and execute projects, on time, on quality and on budget;
• Advise, manage, lead projects ensuring that the key project outcomes are delivered on time and with high quality, by pushing peers and teams to deliver;
• Manage, coordinate and implement any new and existing transversal projects;
• Act in leadership capacity for projects, processes, or programs;
• Ensure meaningful project structure and governance, and the management of key stakeholders, represent projects in key stakeholder meetings and report directly to project sponsors;
• Contribute to the definition of the change management strategy within the Loan Solutions business line;
• Support business management and teams with new tools and processes implementation and with new client’s onboardings;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team and its methodologies and to the definition of Key Performance Indicators;
• Facilitate the knowledge sharing within the team and influence peers and teams to apply best practices.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• +5 years of professional experience in similar roles;
• Solid knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate and Power Apps;
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL and SQL;
• Experience with ETL, ELT and API;
• Familiarity with Python or similar;
• Knowledge of Databricks and Microsoft Fabric;
• Fluency in English (written & spoken), proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
